Via AYO Indonesia App

  1. Download and install the AYO app. You can download the AYO app for free from the Google Play Store or the App Store.
  2. Create an account or log in. If you do not have an AYO account, you can create a new account by simply entering your phone number or email.
  3. On the homepage, select the "Booking Venue" menu.
  4. You can perform a direct search or filter based on the sport category .
  5. Choose the venue and court you want from the available list.
  6. Select the date and time you want to play.
  7. Make the payment using your preferred payment method.
  8. You will receive a booking confirmation via the email you registered with AYO Indonesia.

Via AYO Indonesia Website

  1. On the AYO Indonesia website, select the "Booking Venue" menu.
  2. On the booking venue page, choose the sport category you want or use the keyword search box.
  3. Choose the venue and court you want from the available list.
  4. Select the date and time you want to play.
  5. Make the payment using your preferred payment method.
  6. You will receive a booking confirmation via the email you registered with AYO Indonesia.

The booking price of venue starts from Rp- per hour.

  4. Then, select the "Venue Booking" menu.
  5. From the list of available bookings, select the venue booking you want to reschedule.
  6. Click the "Manage Booking" button on the selected booking. Then, select the "Reschedule" option.
  7. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the rescheduling process.

Cancellation of booking can only be done through the AYO app. Here are the steps:

  1. Download and install the AYO app for free from the Google Play Store or App Store.
  2. Log in to your account affiliated with the booking you want to reschedule.
  3. On the AYO App homepage, at the bottom, select the "Dashboard" menu.
  4. Then, select the "Venue Booking" menu.
  5. From the list of available bookings, select the venue booking you want to cancel.
  6. Click the "Manage Booking" button on the selected booking. Then, select the "Cancel Booking" option.
  7. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the cancellation process.
