Venue Rules

URBAN RALLY POLICIES 1. Always On Time Matches start and end on schedule. Please arrive early to make the most of your court time. 2. Reschedule If the play is interrupted due to club issues(such as lightning problem, maintenance), your session will be recheduled based on availability. No cash refunds. 3. Court Conduct No smoking, chewing gum, littering or bringing any food or drinks onto the court. Help us to keep the court clean and safe. 4. Footwear & Attire Only sport shoes with non-marking soles are allowed. No sandals / barefoot play. Player are expected to wear appropriate sport attire. 5. Respecful Behaviour Aggressive behavior, shouting or fighting is strictly prohibited. Let's maintain a welcoming, enjoyable atmosphere for everyone. 6. Prohibited Substances Drugs, firearms and sharp objects are not allowed on the premises. 7. Personal Belongings Please safeguard your belongins. Urban Rally is not responsible for lost or damaged items. 8. Health & Accidents Players must be in good physical condition. In the event of an accident or injury, Urban Rally is not liable. Kids must be accompanied by adults. 9. External Coaches Outside coaches are only allowed with prior approval and may be subject to additional charges. 10. Booking Policies All bookings are final. No cancelation, reschedule and refund. 11. Court Time Limits Please respect your booked time slot. All warm-up training, and matches must be completed within you reserved session. 12. Rental Equipment Rented racket and other gear must be returned in good condition. Lost or damaged items may incur additional fees.
