Venue Rules

To keep the club fun, safe, and enjoyable for everyone, booking a session means you agree to the following rules: 1. All bookings are final — no cancellations or refunds. 2. Be on time; your session follows the schedule and cannot be extended if you arrive late. 3. Wear clean shoes before entering the court to keep the area neat. 4. No smoking, eating, chewing gum, spitting, or littering on or around the court. 5. Play safely — ensure you’re in good health and ready to move. We are not responsible for injuries or health issues during play. 6. Watch your belongings — the club is not liable for any lost or damaged items. 7. Damage due to careless play (glass, rackets, nets, turf, etc.) will incur a replacement fee. 8. Do not lean on or strike the glass walls or fences — they are sturdy but not unbreakable. 9. Maintain respectful behavior — no spitting, throwing rackets, or anything that disrupts the positive atmosphere. 10. We may stop play or ask guests to leave if rules are violated or behavior becomes disruptive. 11. Coaching is open to everyone — we’re here to help you grow and enjoy the sport. 12. Pet-friendly club — furry friends are welcome! Owners must ensure pets are well-behaved, supervised, and cleaned up after at all times. 13. Overtime play will be charged based on the court’s hourly rate.
