Venue Rules

Venue Rules – The Circles Club 1. Court operating hours are from 06:00 to 22:00. 2. Reservations must be made in advance through the Ayo application or via the admin via Whatsapp 0812-3978-8337 to ensure court availability. 3. Players must arrive on time according to their reservation schedule. Any reduction in playing time due to late arrival is not the responsibility of The Circles Club. 4. Sports shoes are mandatory when entering and playing on the court. 5. Players are allowed to bring their own racket and balls, or rent racket and buy balls on-site. 6. Players are not allowed to bring any items onto the court other than rackets and balls. This includes items that may cause damage to the glass, such as vehicle keys, coins, stones, sharp objects, or other hard items. 7. Players are strictly prohibited from leaning on or intentionally hitting the glass. 8. Food and drinks are not allowed inside the court. 9. Players are expected to take responsibility for maintaining and caring for the provided facilities. 10. Players are responsible for their personal belongings. Loss or damage of personal items is not the responsibility of The Circles Club. 11. Bringing a coach from outside The Circles Club is allowed at no additional charge. 12. Any form of fighting, disturbance, or disorderly conduct within The Circles Club area is strictly prohibited. 13. Loss or damage of personal belongings is not the responsibility of The Circles Club. 14. Any actions that cause damage to facilities will result in compensation charges in accordance with applicable regulations. 15. Rescheduling must be requested at least H-2 (2 days) before the booking time and is allowed only once per booking. 16. In the event of a tournament, customers with existing bookings must reschedule to another date in coordination with the admin. 17. All policies and decisions made by The Circles Club management are final and non-negotiable.
