Venue Policies 1. Operating Hours - Courts are open 06.00-24.00 2. Booking & Arrival - Arrive at least 10 minutes before your booking. Late arrivals cannot be extended. - No refunds or cancellations once bookings are confirmed. - No Reschedule. 3. Dress Code - Proper sportswear and non-marking shoes are required. - No sandals or barefoot play allowed. 4. Smoking Policy - No smoking. Vapes, Pods and iQos are allowed. 5. Respectful Environment - Respect fellow players and staff. Disruptive or abusive behavior will not be tolerated. 6. Facilities Care - Treat facilities with care. Report any damages immediately. By entering Terranova Padel, you agree to follow these guidelines for a positive experience.
