Venue Rules

PPC COURT BOOKING – TERMS & CONDITIONS (AYO APP) 1. Booking Melalui AYO Seluruh booking court melalui aplikasi AYO mengikuti jadwal dan slot yang tersedia di sistem. Booking dianggap valid setelah pembayaran berhasil dan booking terkonfirmasi di aplikasi. 2. Pembayaran Pembayaran dilakukan melalui metode pembayaran yang tersedia di aplikasi AYO. Harga yang tertera di aplikasi merupakan harga resmi yang berlaku untuk periode booking tersebut. 3. Durasi Bermain Durasi bermain mengikuti jam booking yang dipilih di aplikasi. Pemain diharapkan datang tepat waktu. Keterlambatan kedatangan tidak menambah waktu bermain. Pemain wajib mengakhiri permainan sesuai waktu booking yang tercantum. 4. Reschedule & Cancellation Reschedule dapat dilakukan 24 jam sebelum (H-1). Booking yang sudah terkonfirmasi tidak dapat dibatalkan atau direfund di luar kebijakan aplikasi dan PPC. No show dianggap booking selesai dan tidak dapat dilakukan refund maupun reschedule. 5. Check-In Customer wajib melakukan check-in di resepsionis PPC sebelum bermain. Mohon menunjukkan detail booking dari aplikasi saat check-in. 6. Cuaca & Force Majeure Dalam kondisi hujan atau keadaan di luar kendali operasional, PPC akan membantu proses reschedule sesuai ketersediaan court. Refund atau perubahan jadwal mengikuti kebijakan PPC. 7. Penggunaan Court Barang pribadi menjadi tanggung jawab masing-masing pemain dan bukan tanggung jawab PPC. Pemain wajib menjaga kebersihan dan fasilitas PPC. Dilarang merokok, membawa makanan berat ke area court, atau melakukan tindakan yang dapat merusak fasilitas. Segala kerusakan akibat kelalaian pengguna menjadi tanggung jawab penyewa. Customer yang akan bermain di harapkan dalam keadaan sehat (cidera, kecelakaan, dll) PPC tidak bertanggung jawab. Pemain wajib menggunakan pakaian olahraga dan sepatu olahraga di dalam lapangan Dilarang berkelahi atau membuat keonaran dilarang membawa senjata tajam, narkoba, senjata api atau barang berbahaya lainnya pelanggaran akan di laporkan ke pihak berwajib 8. Ketentuan Tambahan Dengan melakukan booking melalui aplikasi AYO, customer dianggap telah membaca dan menyetujui seluruh Terms & Conditions PPC. PPC berhak memperbarui ketentuan sewaktu-waktu tanpa pemberitahuan sebelumnya. PPC COURT BOOKING – TERMS & CONDITIONS (AYO APP) 1. Booking Through AYO All court bookings made through the AYO application are subject to the schedule and slot availability in the system. Bookings are considered valid only after successful payment and booking confirmation in the application. 2. Payment Payments must be made through the payment methods available in the AYO application. Prices listed in the application are the official rates applicable for the selected booking period. 3. Playing Duration Playing duration follows the booking time selected in the application. Players are expected to arrive on time. Late arrival will not extend the playing duration. Players must finish their session according to the booked schedule. 4. Reschedule & Cancellation Rescheduling is allowed up to 24 hours before the booking time (H-1). Confirmed bookings cannot be cancelled or refunded outside the policies of the application and PPC. No-show bookings are considered completed and are not eligible for refund or reschedule. 5. Check-In Customers are required to check in at the PPC reception before playing. Please present your booking details from the application during check-in. 6. Weather & Force Majeure In the event of rain or circumstances beyond operational control, PPC will assist with rescheduling based on court availability. Refunds or schedule changes are subject to PPC policy. 7. Court Usage Personal belongings are the sole responsibility of each player and are not the responsibility of PPC. Players are expected to maintain the cleanliness and facilities of PPC. Smoking, bringing heavy meals into the court area, or engaging in any actions that may damage the facilities are prohibited. Any damage caused by user negligence will be the responsibility of the renter. Customers are expected to be in good physical condition. PPC is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or health-related incidents. Players are required to wear proper sports attire and sports shoes inside the court area. Fighting, disruptive behavior, or causing disturbances is strictly prohibited. Carrying sharp weapons, illegal drugs, firearms, or any other dangerous items is strictly prohibited. Any violations will be reported to the authorities. 8. Additional Terms By making a booking through the AYO application, customers are deemed to have read and agreed to all PPC Terms & Conditions. PPC reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.
