* For guests who are dropped off at our venue, you may kindly request a stamp to the parking ticket at our reception to receive a complimentary 10-minute parking grace period. HOUSE RULES — PLATINUM PADEL To maintain the quality, comfort, and atmosphere of the club, we kindly ask all guests to observe the following: Court Access - Courts are available daily and operate 24 hours for members and guests. Reservations & Attendance - Please arrive before your scheduled session begins. - Changes, cancellations, or refunds are not applicable after confirmation. Court Attire - Kindly wear appropriate sport clothes and shoes while playing Club Etiquette - Please maintain a respectful and sportsmanlike environment at all times. excessive noise, or inappropriate behavior towards other guests, coaches and staff may result in removal from the premises. - No spitting on the court - Mind your belongings We are not responsible for the left belongings Smoking Regulation - Electronic smoking devices including vapes and IQOS are allowed - Smoking is strictly prohibited in the padel area. A designated smoking area is available near the reception for your convenience. Facility Responsibility - Guests are expected to use all facilities responsibly and respectfully. - Any damage to club property must be reported immediately to the reception team.
