Venue Rules

🌵PISTA PADEL CLUB🌵 — VENUE POLICIES --- 1. Be On Time Matches start and end on schedule. Please arrive early to make the most of your court time. --- 2. Court Rescheduling If play is interrupted due to club-related issues (e.g., lighting, maintenance), your session will be rescheduled based on availability. No cash refunds. --- 3. Court Conduct No chewing gum, smoking, littering, or bringing any food or drinks onto the courts. Help us keep the courts clean and safe. --- 4. Footwear & Attire Only sports shoes with non-marking soles are allowed. No sandals or barefoot play. Players are expected to wear appropriate sports attire --- 5. Respectful Behavior Aggressive behavior, shouting, or fighting is strictly prohibited. Let’s maintain a welcoming, enjoyable atmosphere for everyone. --- 6. Prohibited Substances & Items Drugs, firearms, and sharp objects are not allowed on the premises. --- 7. Personal Belongings Please safeguard your belongings. Pista Padel Club is not responsible for lost or damaged items. --- 8. Health & Accidents Players must be in good physical condition. In the event of an accident or injury, Pista Padel Club is not liable. --- 9. External Coaches Outside coaches are only allowed with prior approval and may be subject to additional charges. --- 10. Booking Policy All bookings are final. No cancelations, reschedule, and refunds. --- 11. Court Time Limits Please respect your booked time slot. All warm-ups, training, and matches must be completed within your reserved session. --- 12. Rental Equipment Rented rackets and other gear must be returned in good condition. Lost or damaged items may incur additional fees. --- ⚠️ Policy Updates Pista Padel Club reserves the right to update or change these policies at any time without prior notice.
