Venue Rules

Our facilities are temporarily open for trial opening. We apologize for the inconvenience and discomfort during the use of our facilities due to some facilities still being under construction. 1. Operation Hours - Monday to Sunday 06.00 AM - 11.00 PM 2. Booking - Please use the court according to your booked time. 3. Coaches - Bringing outside coaches is not allowed. we provide several coaches on site by appointment via Ayo. - Bringing an external coach other than official padeljam coach will incur a fee IDR. 100.000 per hour / court 4. Others - We appreciate your cooperation in keping the venue clean. - Intentional damage to facilities will incur a fine equal to the value of the item. - Smoking and vaping are only allowed in disignated are as. - Pets are not allowed in the venue area. - In the event of thecnical issues or natural disaster, Booking cam only be reshceduled and are non-refundable. - Please do not leave veluables inside your vehicle. We are not responsiblefor anu lose or damage to personal belongings.
