Venue Rules

House Rules 1. Your booking is valid and confirmed once payment has been completed. 2. Please arrive 10-15 minutes before your scheduled time. Playing time follows the booked schedule and cannot be extended due to late arrival. 3. Rescheduling is not available, except in the case of a technical error from the AYO. 4. Each court has a maximum capacity of 4 players and is intended for padel play only. Any other activities are not permitted without prior approval from Nomono. 5. Please wear non-marking sports shoes to help keep the court in best condition. 6. Kindly treat the court and facilities with care. Please avoid climbing, hanging, or any actions that may cause damage. 7. Outside food and drinks are not permitted. Plain water is welcome if brought in a closed bottle or tumbler. 8. Pets are welcome in the outdoor area only and must wear a pet diaper. Owners are responsible for supervising their pets and cleaning up after them. 9. Please help keep the venue clean by using the bins provided. 10. Smoking, vaping, alcohol, and illegal drugs are not permitted anywhere within the venue. 11. Any damage caused by misuse, negligence, or inappropriate use of the facilities may be charged to the guest. 12. Personal photography and videography are welcome. For commercial or brand-related content, please obtain prior approval from the Nomono team. Nomono reserves the right to capture and publish photos or videos taken at the venue for promotional purposes, including on social media. 13. Please use all rental equipment with care. Any loss or damage beyond normal wear and tear will be the responsibility of the renter. Thank you for helping us keep the venue clean, safe, and enjoyable for everyone.
