Venue Rules

• All reservations are non‑cancelable and non‑refundable. • Rescheduling is allowed up to H‑3 (72 hours) before the scheduled session. • Please arrive on time. Playtime follows the booked schedule; late arrivals will not be compensated (no additional time compensation). • In the event of technical issues on the venue’s side (e.g. power outage, renovation, force majeure) that prevent play, the booking will be rescheduled to a new date. Refunds in cash are not applicable. • Clean sports shoes are mandatory on court. • No food, drinks, smoking, or vaping on the court area. • Players must be healthy and fit to play. Play at your own risk. • Match‑A Padel is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or medical conditions. • Players are responsible for their personal belongings. Lost items may be stored at reception.Additionally, lockers are available inside the restroom for personal use. • Any damage to facilities or equipment will incur a compensation fee. • No throwing rackets, leaning on glass, or unethical behavior. • Leaning, knocking, or intentionally hitting the glass walls, fences, or nets is not allowed. • Any damage caused to facilities due to negligence will be subject to a compensation or replacement fee, including but not limited to glass walls, rackets, nets, or turf. • No pets allowed on the premises. • No drugs, weapons, or illegal substances of any kind. • Ball machines or external equipment are not permitted without prior approval. • Match‑A Padel reserves the right to stop sessions due to rule violations or disruptive behavior. • By paying, players agree for the terms and conditions stated herein.
