MAISON PLAYCOURT BOOKING RULES 1. All bookings are final, NO reschedule and non-refundable. 2. No outside food or drinks allowed. 3. External coaches are welcome at Maison Playcourt with no additional charge but we also have our own in-house coach — if you’d like to learn more, please contact our admin at +62 813 9000 9230. 4. Racket rental is available at IDR 60,000 – IDR 150,000 for 2 hours. 5. Ball rental is not available. 6. Smoking is strictly prohibited. Vaping and e-cigarettes are permitted in designated areas. Please be mindful of your surroundings, as Maison Playcourt is a family-friendly court. 7. Proper sports shoes are required on the court. 8. No alcohol, drugs, or any form of violence is allowed within the Maison Playcourt area. 9. This is a public area. Customers are responsible for their own personal belongings. 10. We are not responsible for any bookings made outside of our official platform or through third parties. 11. Customers are allowed to bring a birthday cake for simple celebrations. 12. Events involving a specific brand or sponsorship must be communicated to our admin in advance. We are happy to assist with your needs. 13. Maison Playcourt shall not be held liable for any accidents, incidents, injuries, or loss of personal belongings occurring on the premises. Players are advised to remain mindful and take full responsibility for their own safety while playing. 14.
