Venue Rules

Payment & Booking 1. All bookings are final — no refunds or reschedules once confirmed. 2. The club is not responsible or liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages sustained by players or guests while using our facilities. 3. Per 1 December 2025, bringing an external coach will incur a corkage fee of Rp 100.000 per coach Facilities 1. Only water bottles are allowed inside the court. No outside food or drinks. 2. Sports shoes are required for everyone’s safety. 3. Lost/damaged rented gear is your responsibility. 4. Use of VIP Lounge and VIP Toilet are reserved exclusively for VIP bookings. 5. The use of megaphones (TOA) between 9:00 PM and 10:00 PM is permitted only at low volume levels. Safety & Responsibility 1. Keep your stuff safe, we’re not responsible for lost items. 2. Be respectful, stay positive, and leave the court just as fresh as you found it. 3. Need help? Contact customer service for first aid or hospital/ambulance support. 4. No smoking anywhere inside the area. Let’s keep the air clean for everyone. Management 1. Court schedules may change for maintenance/emergencies — we’ll notify you in advance. Force majure includes, but is not limited to : weather conditions, government restriction, power or water outages, facility maintenance, safety or security concerns, and any operational circumstances that require court closure or schedule adjustments.
