Venue Rules

1. All bookings are final and cannot be cancelled, refunded, or rescheduled. 2. Please arrive on time. Late arrivals will not be granted additional playing time. 3. Please help keep the court clean. Food, beverages, and spitting are not allowed on the court. 4. Damage Policy: Please use the court and our facilities with care. Any damage resulting from improper use or vandalism will be charged to the responsible party. 5. Please play safely. Banana Padel Club is not responsible for accidents or injuries resulting from unsafe conduct. 6. Smoking and vaping are only permitted in the designated open-air smoking area. 7. Please keep your belongings secure. Banana Padel Club is not responsible for lost or damaged items. 8. Proper sports attire is required at all times on the court. 9. Pets are not allowed on the premises. 10. Private events, commercial activities, or organised group bookings (e.g., birthday parties & tournaments) require prior approval from venue management. Force Majeure: In the event of circumstances beyond our control (e.g. system disruptions, power outages, natural disasters, etc.), compensation will be provided as replacement playing time equal to the affected booking duration. No refunds will be issued in any form. Compensation applies only if the disruption exceeds 10 minutes of the total booking time. By booking this venue, you agree to all the terms and conditions listed above.
